If you find the product you purchased from JustaRepair through our website or offline shops / repair centers is defective, please send it back to our office or return it to our shops within seven (7) days of purchase for refund / exchange. All return / exchange items must be new, unused and in complete original packaging box.
Return for refund will only be accepted when a defect is found upon receipt of the product. JustaRepair does not provide a refund for returned products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use.
Only one-time return for exchange will be accepted. Customer is required to top up the price difference if the replacement item is of a higher value than the original item.
It is recommend that you ship the returned products to us via a traceable shipment method. JustaRepair is not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit to JustaRepair. Customers outside Singapore are responsible for paying customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties and brokerage.
Promptly following JustaRepair’s receipt of the returned product, we will review the request and
- if return for refund is accepted, the amount paid for the returned product (less any shipping costs/expenses related to the original purchase, which are non-refundable) will be credited to the payment method you used to make the original purchase. Notwithstanding the foregoing, JustaRepair does not control when a specific company processes a chargeback transaction. You are responsible for contacting your financial institution if you have questions about the status of the refund. JustaRepair will not provide a refund for a product that is received by JustaRepair more than seven (7) days after the date of original purchase.
- if return for exchange is accepted, the replacement item will be shipped or delivered to you in 3 to 5 business days, depending on stock availability and delivery schedule.
This product return policy applies to the direct end user purchaser. It does not apply to dealers, distributors or any other third parties in a distribution chain who purchase product for resale, nor does it cover products / services purchased through online websites or channels other than JustaRepair website.
